Redo Draw

Q: How can I, as competition manager, update my draws? Can I redo the draw if all rounds in the competition have been completed?

Redo Draw Template

Redo draws is available for changing future matches. This allows competition managers to add and/or edit future matches. 

• Matches that are marked as “result” and/or "forfeit" cannot be changed using the Redo Draw template, because they have already been completed.
• You will be unable to 'redo draw' for any matches that have had referees appointed.

o re-do (edit/add) future matches 

1. Competition Management > Matches > Select Competition from the dropdown > Click "Redo Draw" 
2. The Draw Import page will appear
3. You can see which future rounds will be updated under 'Redo Draw From Round' (this can be edited to only change future round(s)). 
4. "Upload" Draw template
5. Click "Submit"
6. Are you sure you want to redo draw from Round [round number]? Click "Accept"
7. Updated matches will appear under Competition Management > Matches > Select Competition from the dropdown 

Comprehensive Redo Draw Builder

If your competition has been created using the Comprehensive Draw Builder, you can use the Comprehensive Redo Draw Builder to update your draw.

1. Competition Management > Draw Builder > Comprehensive Draw Builder
2. Select your Competition
3. Game duration, time between matches, half time duration, field dimensions, preferred venues and match times will default from original draw. 
4. Click "Redo Draw"
5. Enter the round in which you want to redo from. Note, it cannot be before the Current Round.
6. Click "Next" 
7. Check Date and Start Time
8. Click "Next"
9. Draw will pre-populate on the right hand side
   • Option to update team seeding and refresh the draw
10. Click "Redo Draw"
