Rugby Xplorer App - You
Q: How can I, as an individual, access my 'You' page in the Rugby Xplorer app?
Note
- The 'You' page will require an extra verification to be accessed (PIN or biometrics login).
- The You page provides access to registrations, linked accounts, following entities, my details, accreditations and products plus push notifications and settings.
You
- Click "You" in the Rugby Xplorer app
- The first time you click "You", you will need to create a 4 digit pin
- This PIN is used to unlock the app if you have not setup biometric login.
- Confirm your 4 digit pin
- You can now continue through Registration, Linked Accounts and other personal details.
- The next time you click "You" (after a minimum of 5 minutes) you can enable your biometrics login, e.g. FaceID or fingerprint login.
- Click "Allow"
Notifications
- Click "You" in the Rugby Xplorer app
- Enter pin/biometric login
- Click "Notification Bell" icon
- Any push notifications that have been sent by entities that you follow will appear here
- Note, notifications display in the app for ~6 weeks.
Settings
- Click "You" in the Rugby Xplorer app
- Enter pin/biometric login
- Click "Settings Cog" icon
- Options to:
- Change app icon
- Change to your favourite club/competition if they have a pro RX website instead of the standard Rugby Xplorer app icon
- Notification settings
- Turn on to receive push notifications on your home screen and phone banners
- App lock
- To protect your account, Rugby Xplorer asks for your pin or biometric login before showing your profile or account details
- Options to use FaceID/fingerprint login
- Can also change pin
