My Products > Membership/Supporter
Q: How can I setup products that I, as an entity admin, wish to sell via my Rugby Xplorer store?
Note
- Product Types are determined for each national by the master admin.
- Entity admins can further restrict the products available in your Store Settings.
- Pick Type first, as this determines which fields this product has.
Membership/Supporter
- Products > My Products
- Click "Create Product"
- Select Type = Membership/Supporter
Details
- Display Order: sorted by lowest number at the top.
- Choose Active to display on Store (or change to Inactive to hide from Store).
- Enter Title
- Enter Subtitle
- Enter Details
- Add External Product ID (as required)
- Click "Save"
Pricing
- Click "+ Add Pricing Option"
- Enter Name
- Enter Price
- The Total Price will calculate automatically (Price + National Transaction Fee %)
- Enter number of Stock available
- If left blank, the product has no limit.
- Products default ticked for Active
- Repeat "+ Add Pricing Option" as required
- Click "Save"
Availability
- Select Season from dropdown
- The season can be in the future and different from your national's season.
- Enter Available number
Note
- This is how many are left for the whole product, whichever pricing option they are bought as, e.g. Pricing Option 1, Pricing Option 2, etc. all draw from this same number.
- A pricing option can also have a stock of its own, on the Pricing tab, for a product sold in sizes. Both limits apply, and the tighter one is what runs out first.
- Enter Expiry fields
Note
- What the customer ends up holding.
- Fixed date is one day for everybody, end of season follows the season, event date follows a date on this product, never expires suits merchandise.
- Duration from purchase is the only one the purchase cannot work out yet: a 12 month membership bought in March would still get the date below.
- Select Purchase Restrictions
- Click "Save"
Eligibility
- Leave everything unticked and anyone can buy it.
- Limit it to:
- Registered counts this season's active registrations.
- Membership counts one bought from this store, still active.
- Purchase Allowances
- Set up by your national in Store settings → Purchase allowances.
- Each user can buy as many of this product as the number set for them in Users → Edit. Without a number, they cannot buy it.
- Click "Save"
Features
- Click "+ Write a one off" or select from catalogue dropdown
- Click "Save"
Terms
- If your entity has added Terms for this product type in the Store Settings, these will be inherited.
- Click "+ Add Items" to replace the Store Settings Terms.
- Click "Save"
Media
- Add main image
- Add additional gallery images (up to a maximum set in your Store Settings)
- Click "Save"
Presentation
- Select Card Colours from dropdown and/or pick the colours yourself
- Select Button Colours from dropdown and/or pick the colours yourself
- Select Primary and/or Secondary Button options
- Click "Save"
